BBQ Chicken Kabobs


OMG these are Amazing and easy to make. These would be perfect for a 4th of July BBQ or something like that :) 
They are also not too bad for you less than 400 calories in 2 kabobs yum yum ENJOY!!


Ingredients:
 1lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
Variety of veggies of your choice (mushrooms, squash, zucchini, bell peppers etc)
BBQ sauce of your choice

Directions:
Super easy just put everything on a skewer alternate veggies and chicken. Throw on the grill for 10-15 min 
or until chicken is done turning about half way through and brushing with bbq sauce the last five min.

Put some bbq sauce in a little bowl for dipping.
